This is a recipe for Garlic Roast Cornish Game Hens. I made some slight adjustment to the recipe after I have made it so the photos may not correspond as accurately. Cornish Game Hens are interesting as they are not only little tiny chickens but are very tender. Overall, It’s a fairly straight forward recipe and pretty interesting to eat a tiny chickens.
