In a large bag, put in soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, parsley and lemon pepper. Place Cornish game hens in the mixture, and marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
Take out the hens and place on a roasting pan. Put a wedge of lemon inside each hens as well as 3 garlic cloves.
Roast in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Continue roasting about 25 minutes longer, or until hens are golden brown and juices run clear.
Create a butter mixture, by melting the butter in a microwave in 15 second intervals and mix with oil.
Baste with pan juices and butter mixture every 10 minutes.
Transfer hens to a platter, pouring any cavity juices into the roasting pan. Tent hens with aluminum foil to keep warm.
**Optional** Transfer pan juices and garlic cloves to a medium saucepan and boil until liquids reduce to a sauce consistency, about 6 minutes.
Serve hens with sauce. Enjoy!

Cornish Game Hens are interesting as they are not only little tiny chickens but are very tender. Overall, It’s a fairly straight forward recipe and pretty interesting to eat a tiny chickens.
