[recipe servings=”8-10″ time=”2hr” difficulty=”Easy” description=”This is a very simple recipe for Roasted Duck (Chinese Style). It takes almost no time to prepare and comes out great!. I highly recommend marinating it, inside a ziplock/clear bag as it makes the whole process much easier by just throwing away the bag after use and it is one less thing to clean afterwards. Everyone’s oven is a little different so for easy you can use a meat thermometer, around 1:45 is well done. Overall a nice and easy recipe for cooking duck.”]
